from observation deck in calgary tower
On June 25, 2005, a newly constructed glass floor extension on the north side of the tower's observation deck opened. Consisting of four large panes of glass, it is about 36 feet (11 m) long and 5 feet (1.5 m) wide. When standing on the glass, one can look straight down on 9th Avenue South and Centre Street.
Cracked glass macro (Extension tube test)
Just received my extension tubes from DealExtreme. As I can't afford a true macro lens for a few hundred dollars, this is a steal at $9. Made a few test shots with all tubes and the 50 1.8, lookin' good.
